CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Consultancy Firm that provides clients with a range of professional services including Contract & Payroll Management, Immigration Services & Tax Compliance, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking Onboarding Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and high quality responses to client queries throughout the lifecycle of the of their contract, whilst taking proactive measure to enable the highest level of customer service at all times. You will need to possess superior client service skills, with outstanding attention to detail. Fluency in both the German and English languages is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure professional, timely, accurate, compliant on-boarding/response/resolutions to client queries throughout the lifecycle of the of their contract, whilst taking proactive measure to enable the highest level of customer service and minimizing the need for dispute resolution through the building of client relations and the quality of service provided, whilst following the standard operating procedure.
  • Point of contact for all customer care enquiries either by telephone or e-mail.
  • Manage the relationship and queries from contractors, end clients, agency and authorities via email and telephone.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment related enquiries and tasks as and when required.
  • Collecting and verifying compliance related documentation.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure accurate registration for German in-house compliance solutions and deregistration of clients for tax, social security and VAT.
  • Liaising with local accountants and/or internal departments for the administration and provision of payroll services as and when required.
  • Accurate data input to the document management software.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within set time frames.
  • Control and maintain a record of documents while ensuring compliance.
  • Manage the monthly review and follow up of contractor extensions and follow up with Client and internal departments.
  • Provide reports to Management as requested.
  • Liaise with other departments for any information required by contractors and reply to contractors accordingly.
  • Highlight to the Supervisor any issues with the solution that impacts on the smooth operation of the group or causes problems for the contractors.
  • Continually seek ways to improve working practices, passing any suggestions to the Supervisor.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of international taxation and accounts filing will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively and accurately in English and German.
  • Ready to take initiative, responsibility, and sense of ownership.
  • Able to work autonomously and also part of a multi-cultural team.
  • Demonstrate an extremely positive and proactive approach to work and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines.
