Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for two Q&A Engineers to join the 3CX team. You’ll spend the day diagnosing and troubleshooting software technical issues. Our ideal candidate will be very willing and open to in-house training on the specific product.

The Role

• Checking if the product meets requirements and verifying results

• Testing and debugging

• Analyzing and verifying test results

• Working hours 09:00 to 17:30

About the Applicant

• Smart mind, willing to learn and be trained

• Willing to spend the day diagnosing and troubleshooting software technical issues

• Experience and / knowledge of VoIP and telecommunications technologies an asset

Must Haves

• Experience with bug management, tracking and reporting programs.

• Closely familiar with the software development cycles and version control

• Experience with test case creation and test plan organization

• Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Strong resource management skills

• Exceptional, clear and effective communication skills (verbal & written)

• Self-driven ability to work independently
