CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an Online Company specializing in the Gambling industry, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their expanding Call Centre based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally possess approximately 6+ months of previous experience within a similar Customer Support role and be able and willing to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply. Our client requires fluency in both verbal and written Hindi & English for this position and is open to candidates seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time employment. Applicants must be able to work freely in Cyprus, no Work Permits can be provided.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Obtain client information by answering telephone calls.
• Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service.
• Consulting clients by email and live chat.
• Client document verification, including KYC.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Fluency in written & spoken Hindi & English is essential.
• Ideally 6+ months of previous experience within a Customer Support role.
• Able to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven experience with computers and software applications.
• Good typing skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
• Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply.
