ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking to recruit a Data Analyst to join our expanding team of professionals in Limassol. The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyse data from various data sources.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes.
• Develop and provide reports and dashboards using BI solutions.
• Write documentation for the developed data models.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or Applied mathematics or similar field
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL language.
• Proficiency in ETL, BI tools and relational databases.
• Experience in designing databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology)
• Attention to details and ability to deliver solutions in timely manner
• Analytical and mathematical mind-set.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Previous experience in Forex will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience with Pentaho BI and ETL tools will be considered as an advantage.
