Main responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated newly graduate or young professional to join our Advisory team as a Risk & Regulatory Consultant. The main responsibilities of the successful candidate include being part of the financial services-focused team delivering a variety of tailor-made solutions to our clients to support their efforts in complying with the applicable regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of Cyprus, European Central Bank, European Banking Authority, Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, etc.

The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of projects in areas such as risk management, capital and liquidity, recovery and resolution planning, governance and controls, ESG and regulatory compliance.

What we are looking for

• Newly graduate or a young professional with up to 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, a banking institution or other entity in the financial services sector, with exposure or keen interest in the areas of risk management and regulatory compliance
• University degree in Risk, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Law, Forensics or in a related field
• Studying towards or holding a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) will be considered an advantage
• Highly motivated individual with basic understanding of risk management & compliance
• Enthusiastic, proactive and results oriented
• Curious and innovative mindset easily adaptable to new challenges
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Strong organisational and reporting skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, G-suite)
