CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their growing team based in either Limassol or Nicosia. The successful applicant will work as part of an established team of Business Analysts and Software Development professionals tasked with creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Computer Science or a similar field and possess the ability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative technology solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and any previous experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordination when applying said changes.
• Analyzing both product lines an overall profitability of the business.
• Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience.
• Preparing documentation on process flows and presenting them when needed.
• Working closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction.
• Documenting newly created solutions in project packages.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions.
• Analytical, quick-thinking and ability to quickly grasp what is required.
• Experience in financial sector strongly preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills.
