CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an award-winning CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in the heart of Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for opening new accounts and building a new client base, maximising all sales opportunities to ensure the highest deposits obtainable. You will possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and any other language skills will be considered an advantage. Previous Sales and/or Business Development experience within the Forex industry is highly desirable, although training will be provided.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Opens new accounts and builds a new clientele base.
• Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable.
• Knows all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client.
• Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
• Attains full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
• Achieves all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Account Managers.
• Follows up on leads for prospective clients.
• Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
• Ensures that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon.
• Provides training to clients for using the Company's trading system.
• Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal system.
• Develops a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
• Follows up on all existing clients to increase trading volumes, deposits and manage withdrawals.
• Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University/College Degree.
• Fluency in English. Any additional language will be consider an advantage.
• IT Proficient.
• Previous sales and/or business development experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• An interest and passion for the Financial Markets is highly desirable.
• Good negotiation and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
