CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies that offers a variety of services including Marketing, Information Technology & Financial Services, we are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out a variety of operational, financial, and analytical studies for the Group, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing suitable solutions. You will ideally hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field and possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role. Sound knowledge of Excel and SQL are required as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational, financial, and analytical studies.
• Analyze trends, provide insights and gather recommendations, narrative and statistical reports.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Analyse sales reports and suggest strategies for improving business performance.
• Analyse promotional activities to ensure the funds invested are achieving optimal results.
• Analyze competitors and market performance.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or another relevant field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Experience of at least 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar is required.
• Proficient level of Excel and SQL is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
