CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Dealer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally be educated to degree level in either Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or another relevant field and possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience working in a dealing room. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential as well as a relevant CySEC certification. No rotational shift-patterns apply for this role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analysis of client trade flow.
• Monitoring of order execution and execution on the LP side.
• Setting up groups and symbols in MT5 according to the set conditions.
• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for Management.
• Preparation of daily trading statistics.
• Interaction with operations department.
• Any other special tasks as assigned by the department manager.
• Relevant Quarterly/Yearly CySEC reporting.
• Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings.
• Updating colleagues and supporting colleagues from other departments.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or any other related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a dealing room is a must.
• Holder of a relevant CySEC certification.
• Attention in detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organised and methodical personality, high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
