CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Coordinator to join their growing affiliate team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating affiliate accounts operating under our client’s brand, monitoring and updating the company’s affiliates systems with relevant information, marketing material, deals etc…You will ideally be educated to degree level in either Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field and possess some previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Forex, Online Gambling and/or Financial Services sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and fluency in any other the following languages will be considered a significant advantage: French, German, Arabic, Spanish and/or Italian. Our client offers Hybrid working conditions to the successful candidate, along with the option to work from either their Limassol or Nicosia office locations.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination of affiliate accounts operating under the brand.
• Manage, monitor, and update the company’s affiliates systems with relevant information, marketing material, deals etc…
• Handle troubleshooting relating to the affiliates systems.
• Form the first point of contact with affiliates and establish regular communication with them for the resolution of questions/queries they may have.
• Escalate matters to the Manager of the department, when required.
• Generate and prepare periodic and other ad hoc reports regarding affiliates.
• Communicate daily with various internal departments to solve technical and other issues.
• Provide technical and other support to VIP affiliates.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
• Relevant experience in the Forex, Financial Services and/or Online Gambling sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Working with cell force
• Fluency in English.
• Additional language skills in either French, German, Arabic, Italian, and/or Spanish will be considered a significant advantage.
