bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Russian Speaking Rentals Administrator for our office in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • IT infrastructure management (Telephones, Internet, CRM, Bitrix24, Gold Mine, Website and etc)
  • Inventory management
  • Leads registration & distribution
  • Filing
  • Creation of listings
  • Coordination of payments to externals agents (together with the accounting department)
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, power of attorney and management agreements and others
  • Service line (when is needed)
  • Text translate (English – Russian and vice versa)
  • Monitoring/tracking the terms of lease agreements and conclusion of new renewals.

Requirements for the position:

  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of programs MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory, Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • Stress resistance
  • Teamwork spirit
