bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Russian Speaking Rentals Administrator for our office in Limassol.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure management (Telephones, Internet, CRM, Bitrix24, Gold Mine, Website and etc)
- Inventory management
- Leads registration & distribution
- Filing
- Creation of listings
- Coordination of payments to externals agents (together with the accounting department)
- Prepare tenancy agreements, power of attorney and management agreements and others
- Service line (when is needed)
- Text translate (English – Russian and vice versa)
- Monitoring/tracking the terms of lease agreements and conclusion of new renewals.
Requirements for the position:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of programs MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory, Greek will be considered as an advantage
- Stress resistance
- Teamwork spirit
