CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a French-Speaking Partnership Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for creating partnerships in new or established markets, assisting with the onboarding of partners and representing the company at various industry events. You will need to possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience within a similar role within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector with an existing and established network or partners. Fluency in both verbal and written French & English is essential for this role. Our client is able to offer fully Remote and/or Hybrid working conditions to the successful applicant, based either in Cyprus or South Africa.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create partnerships in new or established markets.
• Assist with the on-boarding of partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
• Use a professional network to generate new business.
• Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop, and manage key client relationships among others.
• Raising brand awareness of the partnership program.
• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing programs, create and execute promotional partner campaigns.
• Keep up to date with the financial markets daily.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Approximately 3+ years of previous experience in a similar position within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector is a must.
• Existing network of Partners.
• High fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent ability to multitask.
