Our client, an award-winning, FSCA regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages is now actively hiring for an IB Support Agent in Limassol, who will know how BI and Sales work, be able to assist IBs with their various requests, and also assist the Head of Global IBs whom they will be reporting to. Having our People as our Number One Asset, we are looking for talented individuals who are ambitious and driven to join our team.

Responsibilities

•Maintaining client records

•Processing clients' trading agreements and IB agreements.

•Coordinate with sales and assist in bringing the partners on board.

•Log details relating to customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback. Coordinating with the dealing desk with regard to suspicious client trading activity

•Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation

•Carrying out the KYC (Know Your Client) procedure

Requirements

•Experience in Sales, customer care, or any other relevant field

•Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are a must

•Strong sales skills

•Excellent client-handling skills

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Excellent organizational skills•Business acumen

•Teamwork and problem-solving skills

•Hard working and able to cope under pressure

•Excellent computer literacy Package
