We are looking for a results-driven and confident Reconciliation manager to manage and improve our organization’s financial performance and direct our operations.

You will:

• Preparing and analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support;
• Make a chart of the flow of payments and all funds from the client to the corporate accounts of the company;
• Reconciliation of a large number of payment methods and providers;
• Providing analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to senior management;
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance;
• Visualizing financial data from reports creating Excel dashboards.

We are looking for:

• Master’s degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• 3-5+ years of related work experience in the Finance/Forex industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Jira, and Confluence.
• Analytical and good communication skills.
• Understanding high-risk industry in emerging markets would be an advantage.
• Experience in creating reconciliation processes for a variety of payment providers.
• Experience in setting up the process of monitoring payment providers' balances would be a plus.
• Experience in setting IT tasks and explaining the business needs.
