Ideal candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar discipline
• An excellent portfolio showcasing print and digital work with a strong graphic design sensibility and understanding of typography.
• At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
• Solid understanding of the design process and experience across the entire design lifecycle
• Confident with learning new skills day to day to keep up to date with LXMs expanding and varied portfolio
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Microsoft office.
• Knowledge of Website Design and UX
• Experience across marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, multimedia design and publishing projects.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Speaking Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

What you will be doing

• Developing graphic design concepts across an array of brands and projects
• Design development across print, digital, social and environmental graphics
• Attend client meetings and verbally contributing to discussions and presentations
• Independently manage separate projects across LXM
• Idea and concept generation for social and digital campaigns
• Art working, print production and print management
• Working across different projects simultaneously across the LXM portfolio, including social media, print collateral, technical aviation graphics and more.
• Working closely with the Creative Director to make sure all projects are created on brand and to the highest levels of excellence.
