CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a number of Arabic-Speaking Conversion Agents to join their growing team. The successful applicants will primarily be responsible for generating and developing clients from new leads, maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone. You will speak fluent written and spoken Arabic, ideally to a native level, be fluent in English and possess approximately 1+ year of relevant sales and business development experience within the Forex or a related industry. A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer for the right candidates, including a generous and achievable commission structure.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generating and developing clients from new leads.
• Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone.
• Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner.
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that clients receive the best level of service.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results.
• Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Approximately 1+ year of previous experience in Conversion or a similar position in a Forex and/or Financial Services company is a must.
• Fluency in Arabic & English is a must (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Proactive in daily tasks with a positive outlook.
• Excellent negotiation and client service skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong computer literacy.
