Looking to recruit a motivated individual for the position of Junior Accountant for our office in Limassol-Cyprus.

Mosvold Group is a long well-established Group in the field of Investments, mainly in the Shipping sector and we are looking to recruit a high caliber and motivated individual for the position of Junior Accountant for our office in Limassol.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Recording day to day financial transactions and keeping proper accounting records for Group Companies and Branches
• Regular review of intercompany transactions
• Monthly reconciliations of Creditors, Debtors, Banks
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
• Liaise with banks and auditors
• Preparation of payments
• Preparation of financial reports / analysis
• Meeting company reporting deadlines

Key Skills / Experience

• Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field
• Prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping will be considered as an advantage
• Good personality and ability to work as a member of a team and supporting colleagues
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ethical, Trustworthy, discreet, dynamic with the ability to work under pressure
