A newly renovated hotel in Ayia Napa requires an experienced Hotel Manager who can plan and supervise all daily operations + provide a strategic direction of the business. Excellent customer experience is our top priority, so we expect our Hotel Manager to ensure customers are satisfied with their stay.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and financial management; Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities; Plan, organise, and direct all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping; Resolve guest issues as well as problems among staff ; Be able to perform front-of-house operations (reservations etc.), if needed; Interview and hire applicants for hotel staff positions; train hotel staff; Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners; Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses; Work in close coordination with higher management.

Requirements:

Degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field; 3+ years of hotel management experience; Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines; Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software (Cloudbeds etc.); Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills; Excellent ENGLISH, and other languages as an advantage;
