CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The successful applicant will work as part of an established Marketing Team, developing, implementing and tracking various marketing programs including Email, Social Media, Digital Campaigns and Events, regularly collaborating with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. You will ideally hold an academic background in Marketing or a related field and possess previous, demonstrable experience within a similar position with an emphasis on Digital Marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Write, proofread, edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Measurement reports Managing the organisations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems and content management systems.
• Hands on experience with HTML coding.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail in English language.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and project management skills.
• Previous experience in the Forex industry will be consider as an advantage.
