CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected Group of Companies with diverse business interests and revenue streams, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across all social media channels used by the Group. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, PR, Communication or Digital Marketing and possess approximately 1+ year of proven experience within a similar digital marketing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English are essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on all social media.
• Create reports to measure and report performance against goals.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Set up tracking, optimise Google Analytics.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content team.
• Optimise website content, landing pages and paid search copy.
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (Google Analytics, optimiser, google ads, etc).
• Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or Digital Marketing.
• Approximately 1+ year of previous experience within a similar role is essential.
• Understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Webmasters, and others.
• Knowledge of latest market trends and social media marketing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language.
