On behalf of a client, a company in the manufacturing sector in Limassol, we seek to recruit a creative, passionate, and forward-looking Marketing Officer.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design the company’s marketing plan, which includes marketing, social media, and networking activities, in cooperation with management.

• Make suggestions to management for the implementation of future marketing activities, based on market intelligence and data analysis.

• Plan, coordinate and execute the activities of the marketing plan.

• Maintain the department's budget and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.

• Ensure the ongoing development of the online presence of the company (incl. corporate websites, social media accounts and sales channels).

• Manage, monitor, and report on the performance of online sales channels (incl. Amazon and e-Shop).

• Maintain and further develop professional relationships with business clients and external associates (incl. global sales teams, distributors, and resellers).

• Coordinate with other departments for the planning and implementation of marketing activities, as well as ensuring that all deliverables are in line with the company’s guidelines.

• Keep up to date with key developments and trends related to own role.

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field will be considered an advantage.

• At least 2 years of related experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Computer literacy.

• Creativity and commercial awareness

• Positive, mature, and professional attitude.
