The successful candidate will work on coordinating a variety of tasks within the department which includes new promotions, paid digital marketing campaigns and email marketing. This is also an opportunity to gain a great deal of experience working in a well-established multinational company.

MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate production for all new campaigns and promotions among the marketing team including the content writers, designers and developers. Setting up relevant time lines for each part to ensure overall effectiveness
• Arrange for any administrative tasks and procedures within the Marketing Team
• Brainstorms ideas for various promotional content and campaigns
• Works with the team to develop Marketing strategies
• Researches potential influencers within the relevant industries.
• Researches the best media outlets to advertise and/or publish PRs with by geographical location and obtaining prices.
• Email marketing coordination
• Ensures accuracy in all content before publishing or sending to clients
• Collaborates with the team to develop social media strategies and design campaigns.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1 year or longer experience in a Marketing role
• University degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Full fluency in English with any other language being advantageous
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practise
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech industry knowledge and contacts is beneficial
• Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques
• Work with high level relationship and organizational skills
• The ability to cope with pressure and keep to tight deadlines
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask, work under own initiative and tight deadlines
