Career Opportunities
We seek to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and forward-looking professional to join our Consulting and Business Advisory Services department in Nicosia as Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients.
Act as project manager in the restructuring division, handling projects including NPL advisory, loan restructuring, and asset recovery.
Lead teams of up to 10 people, taking responsibility for coordination, supervision, and regular reporting to the client.
Manage, develop, motivate, and provide feedback to team members.
Deliver competitive proposals, according to the needs and requirements of the client.
Participate in various business development and marketing activities of the firm.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Director in charge.
Requirements
University degree in any field of study.
Holder of the Insolvency Practitioner license.
At least 5 years of relevant experience (e.g. in retail customer relationship and/or sales management in telecommunication or similar industries).
Holder of a Professional Qualification CFA, ACA or ACCA will be considered an advantage.
Experience in retail credit arrears management will be considered an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Business and market awareness.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
