CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Head of Back-Office to join their team. The successful applicant will be fluent in both spoken and written Russian and English and should hold previous demonstrable experience in a Back-Office role within a Licensed Investment Firm. Any CySEC certifications will be considered an advantage, but not essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Updating and implementing of the Back Office procedures.
• Onboarding and due diligence of clients as per internal procedures.
• Monitoring of clients profiles and activity.
• Processing of clients deposits and withdrawals.
• Daily reporting and analysis.
• Preparing client information for CySEC quarterly and annual reports.
• Working on improvements of the internal systems in cooperation with the IT Department.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Experience in a similar position (preferable in FX/CFD business).
• Deep knowledge of KYC principles, reconciliation of client funds and regulatory reporting.
• Extensive experience working with PSP and Banks.
• MT 5/4 Platforms proficiency is highly desirable.
• CySEC Advanced/Basic Certificate will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken).
• Process oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player.
