Responsible for managing E2E procurement processes for small vendors (small vendors and small POs), including responsibility for savings in that arena.

What will your job look like?

•    You will perform procurement activities like tender management, negotiations, pre-qualifications of vendors, etc. under management guidance.
•    You will support operational aspects like issuing internal contract requests, managing GDPR process, project management support, any other support task needed, etc.
•    You will lead end to end the process in terms of Amdocs insurances operational requirements targeting to simplify and optimize Amdocs processes and workload in this scope.
•    You will work closely with all Amdocs units in order to fully understand their needs from Procurement and you will develop expert knowledge.
•    You will support with the supplier selection processes (CBA) of low to medium spend project requirements.
•    You will own and conclude the appropriate legal Procurement agreements for low spend & low risk contract requirements under management guidance.
•    You will provide periodic reporting to management on Procurement activities and savings.

All you need is...

Minimum Requirements  
•    Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Other Similar) 
•    English literate (both written and oral)
•    Ability to interpret and manage numbers 
•    Ability to execute and achieve the procurement strategy and act as “one face” 
•    Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Team player and unselfish mindset 
•    Customer-oriented and understanding the importance of impeccable relationships with external & internal customers
•    Limassol area permanent resident
