The Company:

Our client, Gircotis & Achilleos Ltd was established in 1920 and today is one of the largest and most distinguished Importer and Agent of Steel and Reinforcing Bars in Cyprus.

The Company, being a family business, trades mostly on professionalism, efficiency and reliability supporting its customers every need. Gircotis & Achilleos Ltd is looking to employ a suitable professional for the position of Sales Manager in Nicosia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily check of stock and prices.

• Placing orders with Company’s foreign suppliers.

• Taking the initiative to change prices accordingly to local/international indications of the time.

• Sending Inquiries & making offers to foreign suppliers.

• Making payments of the orders.

• Daily communication with local & foreign suppliers as well as shipping Companies.

• Monitoring financial performance of the Company (create budgets & optimize expenses).

• Assuming the General Manager's responsibilities in his absence.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree or Master’s in business or relevant field.

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Ability to develop positive working relationships with clients/vendors/colleagues.

• Highly organized with strong work ethic.

• Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal and written).

• Excellent knowledge of Computer use.

Location:

The above position will be based in the company’s facilities in Latsia, Nicosia, Cyprus.
