CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of Professional Services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team based in the heart of Nicosia. The successful applicant will assist in all aspects of personal insolvency engagements, including but not limited to liaising with Clients' creditors with a view to achieving debt restructuring solutions as well as dealing with all aspects of transferring the ownership of debtors' properties to creditors. You will either have a background in the field of Accounting or Law and/or hold an MBA and will ideally hold experience within a similar insolvency-related role. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assisting in all aspects of personal insolvency engagements.
• Liaising with clients' creditors with a view to achieving debt restructuring solutions.
• Dealing with all aspects of transferring ownership of debtors' properties to creditors.
• Becoming familiar with insolvency law and other relevant legislation.
• Liaising with clients, lawyers and financial professionals as required.
• Assisting in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Reporting to lending institutions.
• Various other duties for the insolvency team as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Holder of a Degree from a well respected University within a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration etc…).
• Holder or working towards the ACCA/ACA Qualification or a Qualified Lawyer and/or a holder of an MBA.
• Previous experience within a similar insolvency related role is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and a variable workload as required.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Superior customer service experience.
• Must work well within a team.
