CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit Conversion Agents to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicants will possess approximately 1+ year of previous experience in Conversion or a similar position within the Financial Services sector and ideally hold a degree in a business related field. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Thai, Indonesian or Chinese will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Generating and developing trading clients from new leads.
• Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone and chat.
• Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner.
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customer ensuring that clients receive the best level of service.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results.
• Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Degree in a business related field will be a plus.
• Approximately 1+ year of previous experience in Conversion or a related role within the Financial Services sector.
• Fluency in English language is a must; knowledge of Thai, Indonesian or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic and innovative.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Strong Computer literacy.
