We're growing our team and we are seeking for a Customer Experience Officer with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all client queries via live chats, e-mails, and phone calls for the company's group; and any other duty assigned by the Customer Support Department
  • Processing appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications
  • Being the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs
  • Processing financial transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)
  • Dealing with deposit failures, chargebacks, settlements
  • Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks)
  • Performing daily reconciliation of platforms, providers, and systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in similar position
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent oral and verbal skills in English language
