The Role:

You will provide support and advice on various legal and regulatory matters across the Group. If you are a motivated, hard-working individual with strong communication and attention to detail skills, ready to take your career to the next level, then we are looking for you to join our team.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Work closely with the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs for legal and regulatory matters
• Assist in legal and regulatory research, analysis and briefings for various jurisdictions
• Review and assess internal and external agreements
• Assist in providing ad-hoc advice to various departments for operational and product developments in the aspect concerning legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the licensing research and setting up processes for new jurisdictions
• Provide legal support to the business and marketing teams in the development of new services and foster strong relationships across multiple functional areas
• Assist in reviewing, designing and implementing data protection processes and procedures, help to handle data subjects’ requests when needed
• Cooperate and work together with the Compliance department on regulatory matters when required

Main requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Law
• CySEC advanced certification will be considered a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is a must. Experience within the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, sharp, efficient, and organized personality
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Professional, reliable and discreet
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise
• High attention to detail
