Warehouse Assistant Manager – Nicosia

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of products receipt, storage, maintenance and distribution
• Managing, monitoring, and controlling the execution of orders, online orders and maintenance
• Managing warehouse staff
• Updating the warehouse database; keep stock control systems up to date; accurately manage inventory, perform stock taking checks, optimize warehouse Space and automate processes
• Responsible for the planning and organizing activities in the warehouse and distribution

Requirements:

• High school certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
•  University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English languages
• Computer literate/ excellent Excel skills used to work with manual reporting systems
• Knowledge of Navision system will be considered as an advantage
• Strong Business and Retail perception
• Communication and organization skills
