CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm, we are seeking to recruit a number of Account Managers to join their expanding team of professionals in Limassol. The successful applicants will possess previous sales experience ideally within the financial services sector. Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English languages are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Managing and maintaining client portfolios.
• Communicating with clients on a daily basis - mainly via phone and emails.
• Introducing, presenting and promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing clients.
• Retaining and reactivating clients and following up on any client matter.
• Providing guidance to clients, assisting them in using the Company’s trading system.
• Keeping clients up to date with financial market conditions, major economic announcements and current offers.
• Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
• Identifying new VIP clients prospects.
• Evaluating and understanding customer needs and formulating the best possible solution.
• Reporting detailed and accurate data in all internal systems.
• Ensuring all procedures are effectively processed for opening account and verifying customer’s information and documents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Languages: Native in Hungarian. Must also be fluent in English.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Previous sales or account management experience within the financial sector will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and reaching personal sales targets.
• Ability to multi task.
• High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop.
