CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Support & Onboarding Services on behalf of a Licensed Broker, we are seeking to recruit a Reconciliations Officer to join their team based in Larnaca. The successful candidate should hold a degree in Finance/Economics/Statistics or any other relevant field and possess previous experience within the Crypto and/or Forex industry within a similar role. Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with fluency in the English language. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performing daily Client Funds Reconciliations between Banks/Credit cards/PSP’s/Crypto Wallets and the platform.
• Perform Bonus reconciliations.
• Perform Month End/Year End Equity Reconciliations.
• Closely monitor Crypto wallets and notify Management when balances are low.
• Assist the Finance Team in various adhoc tasks.
• Work very closely with the Funding Team in various tasks.
• Provide assistance during internal/external audits.
• Follow-up and resolve tasks and discrepancies.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Finance/Economics/Statistics or any other relevant field.
• Approximately 2+ years experience in a similar role either in the Crypto or Forex sectors is a must.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup/Pivot/COUNTIF Formulas).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.
