CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Electronic Money Institution, licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Merchant Integration Specialist to join their team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will work directly with merchant customers to integrate our client’s payment platform into their e-commerce systems. You will ideally have some previous experience with website development and/or design and be familiar with AWS, APIs and Web Services. Any previous experience with Software Development & Database Design will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. 

Role Overview: 

As a Merchant Integration Specialist, you will work directly with merchant customers to integrate our client’s payment platform into their e-commerce systems. This involves working with their technical staff to embed the appropriate content in their checkout pages, provision merchants within the system, run test transactions and take the customer to production. The role duties also include working on issues reported by the customer’s specific to the integrations but also on day-by-day issues that customers may experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Onboarding of new Merchants.
• Assisting with the Integration process.
• Documenting the integrations and keeping them up to date.
• Supporting customers on integrations and other reported issues.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in building websites and/or web design is ideal.
• Knowledge of AWS, APIs and Web Services is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience as a C# developer will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience(s) on Relational Databases will be considered as an advantage.
