Due to the recent expansion of our client portfolio, we invite applications from ambitious, dynamic, high caliber and hard-working professionals to join our Limassol’s office as a Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients.

• Monitor the engagement progress and take corrective action, as appropriate.

• Work in close collaboration with firm’s senior leadership on daily basis.

• Identify client expectations and challenges faced, in turn determining and recommending solutions.

• Maintain and further develop business relationships with existing clients, external associates and governmental authorities.

• Identify new business and potential cross-selling opportunities.

• Leadership in business development activities, aiming to increase brand awareness and expand the firm’s network and customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related fields.

• Holder of a related professional qualification (e.g. ACCA / ACA / CFA).

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position of a leading firm.

• Experience in audit or accounting or tax or consulting role.

• Results oriented with analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

• Strong experience in managing teams.

• Strong business and market awareness.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Computer literacy.
