Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit an experienced PA to the Director of Corporate and Affairs and Communications.

 

Job Role

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications and ensures that best practices are implemented to meet company objectives. Organize and manage efficiently the routine work activities and provide full support in implementing projects in corporate affairs and communications.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide full support in the corporate affairs and communications projects’ implementation which includes branding, advertising, and Press relations. 

  • Assist in the development of the media engagement plan linked to key events and business initiatives

  • Coordinate internal and external corporate events

  • Provide marketing support to corporate projects and business initiatives

  • Assist with the organization and implementation of different events, photo shoots, press visits and business trips when required

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director

  • Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.

  • Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate

  • Be in charge for all promotional material and collateral of the group, looking after social media campaign, and any other form of advertising as well as PR. 

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a PA at Senior Management level either in administration or PR/Marketing

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Skills in database management and record keeping

  • A creative, internet savvy person who can help in the implementation of all the projects

  • Proficiency in the use of computer applications i.e.: Word processing; MS Word, Power Point; Spreadsheets – MS Excel; E-mail - MS Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team

  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with people

  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality

  • Pleasant, honest, and friendly personality

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage
