Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Executing orders and invoicing 
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1300 14:30 - 17:30

Required Skills/Experience:

• University Degree in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics : Beneficial Not Required
• Administration and/or Customer service experience;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in Greek and English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Eye for a detail and accuracy;
• Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word);
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
