Due to the fast growth of the company, there is a business need to hire a Business Assistant that would help to support one of our department Leaders to organize the team functions, assist on day-to-day activities and act as a first point of contact when needed.

⚪️ The role is full-time and preferably based in Limassol, Cyprus.

 

We expect you to...

  • Manage diaries, organize and facilitate meetings and appointments;
  • Book and arrange travels, transports and accommodations;
  • Compose and prepare reports, presentations and correspondences;
  • Carry out background research and to present the findings;
  • Remind, follow up about important tasks and manage deadlines;
  • Attend and take minutes during meetings;
  • When necessary, act as first point of contact;
  • Liaise up with clients, suppliers and other staff;
  • Keep up with other responsibilities that will be raised by the Department Leader from time to time.

 

Our requirements are...

  • Previous 3-5 years of work experience as an assistant of the international company or assisting a senior executive;
  • Previous experience in IT, E-commerce companies would be considered as an advantage;
  • Willingness to go the extra mile;
  • Flexible to travel when there is a business need;
  • Copywriting and proofreading will be considered as a plus;
  • Perfect time-management;
  • Critical thinking, proactiveness and taking initiatives;
  • Accuracy and attentiveness to details;
  • Willingness to help in any relevant aspect;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Have experience working with senior-level management people;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge in operating with of Jira + Confluence will be considered as and advantage;
  • English Fluent in English & Russian language, Greek will be considered as an asset;
  • Having the access to privileged and confidential data about our business and our people we expect to you to be a responsible, independent, committed, and reliable individual.
