HR Business Partner, Nicosia – HRBP/10/21

Our client a local company operating in the IT sector wishes to employ a HR Business Partner for its offices in Nicosia.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

The job holder will have the full responsibility of the Human Resources Function. More specifically, acting as a significant Business Partner and being part of the company’s Management Team reporting directly to the CEO, the job holder will have to form the HR strategy in full alignment with the corporate strategy and through HR methodologies, schemes and practices to contribute to the establishment of a strong Employers Branding as well as to the creation of an attractive, self-motivated and self-driven work place for all professionals. As part of the duties will also be to propose, launch and implement new policies and procedures, performance monitoring and development systems as well as performance related payments.

Position’s Requirements

• University Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, occupational psychology, organisational behaviour or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of HR possessing Managerial Role preferably in an organisation in ICT
• Strong Business Acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven experience with HR practices
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Orientation towards Learning & Development and Coaching
