Export Sales Officer

Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltdinvites applications for the position of Export Sales Officerbased at our premises in Nicosia, CYPRUS.

The successful candidate will become a member of DELORBIS International Operations Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Customers Orders & Stocks.
• Manage forecasts, sales proposals & inquiries.
• Control trade commercial documentation (invoices, letter of credits, orders, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities in active markets (products & services).
• Process and resolve customer queries.
• Present sales, revenue and forecast reports to the management team.
• Work closely with various departments internally to achieve efficient, effective and accurate results.

Experience and Skills:

• BSc in Science or BA/BS in Marketing.  MBA will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in similar position within the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communications skills. Efficient and organized multitasker.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and computer literacy.
