Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Rental Department).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Property rental activities
• Processing client requests and arranging viewings
• Property database maintenance
• Lead generation using various online and offline tools
• Property promotion activities
• Client support via phone and e-mail
• Various administrative tasks

Requirements for the position:

• Communicative, friendly, user and team oriented
• Well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent English and Russian is a must, Greek will be an advantage
• Experience in property rentals
• Good knowledge of the Limassol region
• Work permit for Cyprus
• Driving license and own car is required
