The Icon Tower Property Management Ltd, member of Imperio Group, is seeking to recruit a Handyman to join The Icon, Limassol.

The Icon Limassol, is a high-rise residential building located in the heart of Limassol’s Tourist Area, just 100 meters from the sea. It comprises of 1-4 bedroom residences with stunning panoramic views and various amenities.

The Handyman will be responsible to keep all premises and equipment in good repair by providing day-to-day maintenance of the building and complete maintenance work orders requested from the Maintenance Supervisor on a timely basis by following building standard operating procedures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.

• Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance.

• Performs daily inspections to the Building

• Preform maintenance activities in the tenants/owners room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners/HVAC and AC ducts.

• Perform maintenance activities in building public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items. 

• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.

• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. 

• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

• Maintains the building facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the Parking Area (Parking Barrier, Cameras etc).

• Responsible for collection of the garbage twice a day.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Holder of High School Diploma/Higher Technical Education.

• At least 3+ years of experience in the construction/maintenance industry.

• Good understanding or education related to electrical, plumbing and maintenance services.

• Experience with power tools and electrical equipment.

• Good knowledge of Greek and English language.

• Methodical and logical approach to work as well as willingness to learn. 

• Be able to work individual as well as part of a team.

• Holder of driving license.

• Flexible to travel within Limassol to inspect buildings.
