On behalf of our client, one of the most established professional service providers in Cyprus employing more than 50 professionals, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-organized professional for the position of Human Resources Senior Associate(CR/65).
The role entails the following responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection: Support recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes, manage the recruitment and selection process, interviews, tests etc., prepare HR related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts and job descriptions for new vacancies, help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Staff Training: Coordinate of the ACA/ACCA training scheme, monitor the progress and exam results of trainees, coordinate & monitor of training sessions/seminars hold both in-house and outside the Firm, monitor HRDA subsidies
Staff Performance Evaluation Process: Coordinate the Company’s annual staff appraisal process, set competencies and moderate evaluations
CSR: Organize regular CSR events
Human Capital Welfare: Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues, be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries and contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment
Time Keeping: Compile time sheet data from employees across departments
Personnel records: Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation, update internal databases (e.g. staff leaves), maintain a high level of accuracy as regards to employee files
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or in a related discipline
At least 2 years of HR experience in a reputable organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of the local employment legislation and Human Resources Management best practices
Very good knowledge of English and Greek language both written and verbal
