On behalf of our client, a provider of Corporate and Property services, we are actively seeking for a qualified Russian-SpeakingCorporate Lawyer to join its Limassol office in order to provide legal services and handle the corporate and commercial legal matters.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting and/or reviewing legal work
• Handling a portfolio of clients and various corporate transactions
• Participate in meetings and provide effective and practical solutions or answers to clients or the management
• Having an ongoing communication with clients, banks, relevant authorities and associates
• Ensuring compliance with AML regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• University Degree in Law
• Six years of experience in Corporate & Commercial Law related matters
• Speak and write fluently and professionally both in Russian and English
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates
• Excellent understanding in complicated contents of legal, corporate material and transactions
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
