Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire an Office Administrator to coordinate the daily office activities of the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with current and new suppliers, maintaining stationery, equipment, shopping, networking, telecommunications, monthly invoice payments, etc.
  • Organizing the office, maintaining its condition and arranging for any necessary repairs, renovations, etc.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor office materials distribution and allocate costs accordingly  
  • Implementing, reviewing and updating health and safety polices and ensuring they are observed.
  • Support in the on boarding and preparation of workstation for new employees.
  • Handling the office security issues.
  • Manage phone calls and internal correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) .
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Organizing the transportation schedule and any enquires of employees in relation to travel, car maintenance, insurance, etc.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Support in the organization of company events 
  • Organizing managers meetings and the agenda preparation.
  • Manage Petty cash
  • Support in several operational and HR tasks

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • BA Degree will be considered as advantage
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in the English & Greek language, both oral and written
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
