Responsibilities:

• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investment and other financial needs
• Track the company’s financial status and performance and identify areas for potential improvement
• Reviewing, monitor and analyze Group’s operating results against budgets
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the group of companies
• Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislations
• Evaluate any potential investment
• Consult board members about funding options
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
• Manage and build (with the Developer) the Group’s new software process and monitor the system’s structure
• Lead and supervise all Group Finance and Accounting team
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Similar experience (5+ years) in Group of Companies with a different are of business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C (as an advantage)
• Fluent English required, Russian would be an advantage
• Experience in development company as an advantage
• Trusted and reliable person
• Capability to work under pressure
