Position: BI Officer

Department: Business Intelligence

Reports to: Chief Data Officer

Location: Limassol

What You’ll Do:

• Creating reports using Power BI;
• Collecting user feedback and maintaining Power BI reports accordingly;
• ETL using python in combination of different flavours of SQL;
• Working closely with stakeholders to proactively understand their needs;
• Comparing different data sources and assisting with data cleansing;
• Bring ideas and personal experience to the table;

What You Have:

• You are honest and value integrity;
• You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Physics, Statistics, CS, etc.);
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or using similar tools;
• You have solid knowledge of at least two of the following: Any flavor of SQL, Python (Pandas), Power-BI;
• You are able to work independently and take ownership for your work. You don’t need someone to keep watching you to get work done;
• You a critical thinker and have good problem-solving skills;
• You are able to manage your time well;
• You have great interpersonal and communication skills;

What Will Make Us Really Love You:

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of the following three [SQL, Pandas, Power-BI using Direct Query] is considered a plus;.
• Knowledge of Grafana is considered a plus;
• Experience in Forex or the financial industry as a whole is considered a plus.
