Main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for assisting with logistics and technical activities of the company (apartments, transport etc.)
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of the company’s facilities.
- Identify and undertake general maintenance tasks daily
- Review and Process payment requests
- Arranging agreements and travel allowances
- Preparation of management reports
- Provide support to the accounting department
- University Degree in Business Administration or in any other relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Greek both verbal and written.
- Proactive, organized and detail oriented.
