ONE is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, hard-working, and attentive to detail Porter/Bellman to join our growing team of people. The Porter/Bellman will represents our operations first point of contact. First and last impressions are vital to our residence happiness and satisfaction. Responsible to oversee all front entrance duties and responsibilities.

His/her central goal is to provide our residents with outstanding customer service and support. As the “face” of ONE, he/she will be presentable and friendly, with exceptional people’s skills. He/she will act as a “guard” of the building’s entrance, contributing to security measures and providing basic assistance. This entails opening doors for people and greeting them as they come in but can include other services such as carrying / storage of luggage and equipment, safely park all residences’ cars, delivering messages and receiving packages.

Requirements:

• High school graduate.
• Two years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
