Full Stack Developer, Nicosia – FSD/02/21

This is an exciting Full Stack Developer job.  Why?  Because, a large financial institution has invested in Digital Platform, keen on disrupting the market.  This start-up operation will build this platform from scratch.  Exciting, yes!

Position’s Requirements

• • 2+ year of experience in a strong development team
  • 2+ year of experience in JavaScript/Typescript stack
  • Comfortable with one or more:
    • Angular and/or React (Typescript)
    • NodeJs, ExpressJs and/or .Net Core 3.1, Entity framework, and/or Java, Spring Boot
    • SQL and/or NoSQL and/or NewSQL
  • Solid understanding of REST API development and integration
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Passion and curiosity to learn and utilize new technologies
  • Previous experience with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries e.g., Sass, Less etc
  • Ability to write and maintain unit tests
  • Solid understanding of gRPC and/or OpenAPI

  Will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience with React Native/Flutter or Native mobile development
  • Good understanding of cloud native development, containerization, CI/CD, microservices
  • Experience with Protobuf
  • Experience with message queues such as Kafka/RabbitMQ
  • Good understanding of software architecture, database design and management
  • Startup Experience
